What’s it all About?
Strategic Planning involves all of us.
Phase One:
Who are We?
All-church survey of who we are, what brought us to this church, what excites us and what are our dreams for EUMC.

Phase Two:
Who is my Neighbor?
We’ll listen to our neighbors, friends, and community leaders tell us about the needs in our community and how we might address them as a church community.
Phase Three:
All-Church Planning Retreat
Together we will sort through our dreams and desires of our community and discern our five priorities for the next five years.

We break our priorities in to measurable step by step goals and begin our implementation into the next five years.
